The terms of service provided here will list the things you will expect from me as the artist, as well as what I will expect from you as the commissioner.

These are the general rules surrounding what services I can provide for commissioners and what I can/cannot accept.--
🩷 What I will accept:

☆ You may commission any type of character you wish. These can include anthro creatures, feral animals, humans, hybrids or horror, mechas or robots, etc. As long as you provide a full body reference detailing all patterns/markings/colours as well as any additional items (clothing/accessories) or background designs and background details if you want.☆ I will allow artwork that portrays a mild form of sexual (nsfw) imagery. It is recommended to ask first before asking for a commission like this, as I will not allow artworks with full sexual (nsfw) imagery. I can do full gore art, as long as I am comfortable with what you have requested.☆You are allowed to promote my artwork on your social media platforms, as long as my work has been correctly and appropriately credited.☆ You may use my art commission as your user profile, your icons, your banners, or for any other personal uses (if you are unsure about this, please let me know in advance)--

❌ What I will not accept:

¤ I will not accept any extreme sexually explicit content. This includes full nudity, full visuals of performing sexual acts, explicit expressions of kinks/fetishes. This also applies for gore content such as extremely graphic or violent imagery
(Note: I will no longer provide relationship arts (people depicted kissing or showing affection) unless the characters are of fiction or not related to real life relationships. Ask for more info.)¤ I will not accept any art that involves hate to a group, ethnic background, any community, or an individual member. Neither will I allow any art that outwardly supports negative views towards groups or members, or any controversial medium¤ You will not be allowed to use my artwork as a product/merchandise to sell to any third member parties.¤ Copyright and plagiarism, you will not be allowed to take any forms of credit on my artwork or claim the pieces as your own. You will not remove my signatures on any commissions.¤ You will not directly copy other peoples commissions/ characters or any of my own personal characters that are shown. I will take any necessary forms of actions if this rule is broken and I will refuse to do your commission.

⛔️Additional payment info⛔️⚠️ When proceeding with an order, you will provide: all details for what you want commissioned (pictures and images are highly recommended), descriptions needed for the commission, if you need this commission made at a specific date, your agreement to the Terms of Service and your PayPal link (or other method of payment if agreed to). I am open for any discussions if you have any concerns or issues with this, please let me know.⚠️When processing the payment for your commission, you are allowed to either pay half of the total amount up front, or pay in full up front. I will not accept your commission if refusal to accept this term.⚠️If you decide to change your mind on details after the payment transaction, you will have to pay an additional charge for me to apply these changes (we will discuss this depending on what you wish to change), make sure you are 100% certain this is what you want. Otherwise I cannot make any changes or refunds after this.⚠️If you decide to cancel a payed commission after I have already completed it, I cannot give any refunds for this as the work has already been made. Make sure you commission what you want and what you can afford.⚠️Note that my prices are all in British pound sterling’s, I can only take this form of currency.⚠️Note that creating these artworks can take a long time, especially since I am still a student. I will provide information about when I may complete the commission, if there are any delays, etc. It is vital that we stay in contact for these exchanges. If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you should expect either a longer date for your commission or a full refund.--
